I don’t think the anus will leak, could always do an enema *cries* before doing it to clear anything out.
It’s up to you if you want to perform it, I don’t know how’s the giver or the taker but the receiver will feel a nice sensation, other than penetration of the turd cutter where the giver will receive a nice stinky hand.

Prostate message does not have any danger if it’s done properly. Make sure that you’ve cut all your nails. Put some lube, slip you finger in and make a movement similar to “come here” with your middle finger or point finger. It feels great too.
