Many can, yes (it’s an orgasm in males; “climax” usually just refers to a female orgasm). The prostate gland is part of the male reproductive system and is right next to the rectum, with only a thin wall between them.

Yes as a matter of fact it does work. If you climax while your prostate is being stimulated the orgasm is much more intense.
