   Yes, prostate massage can lead to orgasm, but I cannot imagine a nurse doing this; usually, the only time something like that happens in a medical context is when a doctor is either examining the prostate, or deliberately “milking” it to get it emptied of seminal fluid.

   It is a common thing for men to fantasize about happening, though.
