Yes, you can milk a prostate gland like this, but the pleasurable feel of a true orgasm wouldn’t be there. I don’t think a sperm bank nurse would do it, but a regular doctor or nurse might to get a sample to do say a fertility chack. Don’t think it’s common practise though.

The answer to the first part of your question is YES, the prostate is known as the male G spot. Also. the feeling of orgasm WOULD be in tact.
I have NO idea as to the second part of your question, but I doubt that would happen.

I tried it once and felt like I could fill a bucket up with the amount I came. But getting your finger in there was an unpleasant feeling (unless you like that).
I don’t think a nurse would do that for you.
