    i recon thats grotty how somebody has to shove sumthing up your arse tho…

    Hello there,
    You can ejaculate with an erection while massaging the prostate. If you massage it without an erection, and do it for long enough, you can squeeze fluid out the gland without having an erection or an orgasm. Good luck.

    You can ejaculate in the flaccid state if your prostate is being massaged. You do need some sort of device to reach the spot, or if you go to a gay bar, there should be lots of volunteers to help show you.
