Does it mean it cannot be stimulated of that your particular body design makes it tough to do a manual stimulation and you would need some kind of longer tool or device to help?

Frankly, I think your holistic doctor is playing games. Some people have a strong physical response to prostate massage, some don’t. You can ask him what he means by unstimulatable; he might just be noting that you didn’t get an erection or ejaculate. But there’s nothing wrong with you if you did or didn’t.
Doctors are interested in whether your prostate is the right shape and consistency. They’re interested in benign enlargement, infections or tumors. I don’t think there’s such a thing as stimulatable or unstimulatable. You should go to a medical doctor about your prostate as part of your regular check-up as you get older, or whenever you’re having any urinary problems.
