Hehe ah, the joys of your first prostate massage. The prostate can sometimes be a real bugger to find. The best way to give yourself a prostate massage, is first to take a nice warm bath, this helps relax your body and more importantly your anal tract. The next thing to do, is lay on your back, and make sure you have access to some nice lubricant, lotion works well if you dont have access to KY or another good lube. The best way to find out if you are touching the prostate or male g spot is the sensation from the touch. It is usually quite a strong sensation that is different to any touch anywhere else.
The prostate feels like it has a ridge down the middle but his is not obvious. IT is usually about 1 inch in and on the upper side of the anus.
It is more like an area rather than a spot and is about half an inch across. Massaging this area can lead to prostate orgasms. More in the links.
