Check your stool for blood. If there isn’t any, you should be ok. If your symptoms continue though, see a doctor. Better safe than sorry and docs are only trying to help.

Short answer: You’re fine.
Long answer: When you put something in there, especially being new at it, it’s going to confuse your body, it’s used to thinking that when there’s something in there, it’s time to go to the bathroom. Also, depending on the vigorousness of your activities, you may have worked a significant quantity of air in there. In my experience, whether with fingers or penises, this can sometimes get uncomfortable, and I go to the bathroom afterwards to expel any extra air/lube that have found their way in there. You may feel gassy for a little while afterwards. A couple of days later is definitely unusual, and probably unrelated.
If you would have scratched something in there, you would have noticed blood either on your finger or next bowel movement. The tissue in there is HIGHLY vascular, and you’ll notice the blood if you damaged something. But the advantage is that it heals quickly, and you’ll be right as rain in no time (if not already) if that’s the case.
Final words: Take it slow, use plenty of lube and do it often!

i think its more likely to be nerves than any internal hemorraging or anything bad like that.
Putting something small up there is not going to cause problems like you are describign. Although for future, in general if you’re going to finger someone it is common courtesy to cut your nails first.

There can’t be anything in there from doing that, unless you pulled your finger out and noticed a ring missing or something.
You can’t have hit the prostate if it felt bad; if you had hit the prostate, you would have kept working the spot, believe me.
